The whistleblowing platform is on-line

In compliance with Law 179/2017 (so-called whistleblowing law) and in line with its whistleblowing management procedure, FSTechnology has equipped itself with an IT platform that allows all corporate and FS Italiane Group employees along with third parties to send, even anonymously, reports on offences, irregularities or simply conduct deemed to be in violation:

Of the FSTechnology Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and the procedures that constitute its implementation;
Of the FSTechnology Anti-Bribery & Corruption management system;
The FS Group’s Code of Ethics;
Of laws or regulations.

Full protection of the whistleblower, ensuring the concealment of their identity - where entered - and of the facts reported is guaranteed.
